No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer cash, credit card, or PayPal refunds for any items purchased through our online store.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or styles under the following conditions:

• Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

• Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of your delivery date.

• Availability: Exchanges are subject to current stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit.

How to Process an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact us at mgt@turkstavern.com with your order number and the item you would like to receive in exchange.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
